RETURN & EXCHANGE
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Items must be returned to us unused within 15 Days of delivery for an exchange or a store or online credit of the purchased amount, with all The Silly Spoon tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted for exchange.
Items should be in a perfect sellable condition, returned with their original packaging.
Return is redeemed in store credits or online credits valid for a period of 3 months.
Please note that cost of return shipping and custom duties are at the expense of the client.
Items purchased online, can be exchanged or returned in The Silly Spoon store at the purchased price upon availability in stock. However please note that it is a must that you print and present the gift slip or invoice.
During sales period, items exchanged will be returned discounted at the discount rate of the day.
Should you need to exchange or return an item, please contact our online customer service team who will be available to assist you on +961 79 176 987. You will need to provide them with your order number and details and they will take it from there.
For returns, please contact us on orders@thesillyspoon.com with your order number and the details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 3 working days with instructions on how to return your item if applicable.
